Hello, my name is Christianna Beckmann, and I am the owner of ChrisFit Training & Nutrition. Five years ago, I began my fitness journey, and it has since grown into a passion that has driven me to make a career out of helping others do the same. My #1 goal for my clients is to find the perfect balance between fitness/nutrition and everyday life. I am a firm believer that we can still live our lives to the fullest and get results. I focus on fat loss and muscle gain through custom resistance training programs and proper nutrition. I love working with those who are entirely new to fitness and wish to learn weight lifting basics. American Fitness offers customizable training plans based on your needs and goals. Our knowledgable trainers will work with you to determine your goals, establish a baseline metric starting point, come up with a plan, and execute that plan with precision and effectiveness. We work hard and understand that anybody asking for personal training is showing up to work hard too.
An InBody scan will give you an accurate look at body fat, lean muscle mass, basal metabolic weight, water retention and muscle mass in your arms, legs and trunk. Once you know your biometrics, you are able to formulate a plan based on what YOU need to help you achieve the results you are looking for!
With our AFT Training sessions, we can leverage increased training opportunities to you and help you develop the habit of taking control of your own fitness.
Also, price can be a factor, but we don’t want that to get in the way of your goals. Once we understand your goals, we will work with you to create a plan that can utilize all the resources at the gym so you can see RESULTS.
You can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet. At American Fitness, we have trained Nutrition specialists that will work with you to develop the right eating habits in order to achieve muscle growth and weight loss.

No two people are alike and no two plans will be designed the same. That being said, we offer ala carte Personal Training sessions and 8 and 12 week goal plans. These plans can be configured to include small group training and up to 4 personal training sessions a week.
